Is this a particularly rare Tomland figure?

He caught my eye right away. Even though I don't collect the line, I had him on my Watchlist. I kinda know the Glow figures have some rarity, but is this guy really uncommon?

The only time I've seen him for auction was when Rudy sold his Tomlands last year. I'd like to complete my collection, but don't think it's going to happen any time soon.

He's one of the rare ones; maybe second rarest. (Second or third.) He's one of the last two I need, too. (I got outbid on that auction.)

I'd say Dral; the human guy, is THE rarest. You don't see them come around so often. Next would be this guy, (Yick) or Aah. (The brain-lookin' guy.)
