    More Love For MAC

I forgot to add this to "Toy Questions" segment I did a month back, this is easily in my top ten of solvable toy mysteries for people. Matchbox MAC were really unique, compact and perfect to me as a six year old but even when I was buying them, I had absolutely no idea what they were called. They were just "those little guys"..

Below is the link to the 1977 MAC catalog, enjoy!

So would this make them the original MAC daddies?

I still have a ton of them as they are a favorite action figure line for me. Can''t get enough

However (like an older post on here once pointed out) the infamous boat with shark and underwater setup was not MAC, but a quite literal MAC rip-off line (whose name I now forget)

I came across a loose MAC figure at this year's Megacon and bought him because he looked neat. Didn't know a thing about them until I saw PlaidStallion's awesome site.

Now I just want to buy more and can't find any!

(Anyone else notice their faces bare somewhat a resemblance to good ole Brick Mantooth? Coincidence?)

you can get them on ebay if you search for mobile action command or sometimes as m.a.c. , though the sellers at times really go overboard with their pricing

I distinctly remember seeing the ship and shark set up on a wishbook page from the 70s...only thing I remember seeing about them back then...
