How about the Hanna Barbera Superheroes?

I know the Marvel Superheroes are a longshot, but what about the Hanna Barbera ones?

They would probably be a separate license, but there is a precedence for Mattel producing the non-DC Hanna Barbera controlled Superfriends like the Wonder Twins boxset and Apache Chief, Black Vulcan and Samurai JLU figures. Perhaps it's not out the question given that Warner also owns Hanna Barbera these days?

I would love to see Space Ghost, and Birdman also would be shoo-ins given the crossover appeal with their contemporary spoof shows. It would be easy to produce variants for fans of the modern and classic shows.

I bet collectors would love an 8" Mightor given his legendary 12" status in the classic Mego history. At the very least he's got his Harvey Birdman cred.

What about Blue Falcon? I have fond memories of him, not sure how popular he is without tooling a Dinomutt to go with him (which I guess opens up Scooby doo?)

I'm not sure how much appeal the Galaxy Trio and Herculoids would have with today's collector's market.

Do you think anyone wants Sealab figures? Bizarro variants would be really funny.

Birdman, Space Ghost and Mightor - those could be a lot of fun. I would be interested in those three for sure.

I want a Blue Falcon and Dynomutt. In fact, bring on the Hong Kong Fuey (Number one Super Guy).

I guess the question for those that want to see cartoon proportioned characters like Captain Caveman and Hong Kong Fuey would be, how do you think they can be handled in a "Mego-like" style to go along with the human proportioned characters like Blue Falcon or Space Ghost.

I guess there might be a generic Squat Body with big hands and big feet that both Flintstones and Captain Caveman could use somehow.

I think Mego originally handled the Flintstones as Bendys?

                I'd love some Hanna/Barbera figures!

                Birdman
Space Ghost and Jan and Jayce
                The Wonder Twins and Gleek
                Blue Falcon and Dynomutt
                Mightor
                The Galaxy Trio
                The Herculoids
Jonny Quest, Dr Quest, Race Bannon and Hadji

These would all be awesome. My son and I would buy every one of these twice.

I know I'm alone, and I know they aren't Hanna/Barbera, but I've always wanted Mego style Bionic Six figures too. Bionic One, Mother One, Karate One, I.Q., Rock One, Sport One, Professor Sharp, Dr. Scarab, Glove, Mechanic, Madame O, and Klunk I believe.

                EDITED TO NOTE:
Thundarr The Barbarian isn't Hanna/Barbera. But I still want them.

Dude! A Johnny Quest line would be AWESOME!!

I also think the Scooby Doo gang and all their monsters would rock!

I would kill for a Ghost of Captain Cutler in a glow-in-the-dark diving suit.

I was thinking the same thing and had to Google it. Thundarr was Ruby Spears. Although given all the different mergers etc, it would appear that Warner's does control him now since he showed up on Harvey Birdman didn't he?

It's got some real comic book cred too. Created by Howard the Duck's Steve Gerber and designed by Jack Kirby!

I think Thundarr would fit in perfectly as a Mego type figure.
