It could have been all monsters, I didn't want to go overboard.

I wanted to include Ghost of Captain Kidd too but it would have mowed over the Playmobile pirates. In the end, Mego was number one.

Damn, I forgot all about Ghost Of Capt Kidd. I love that thing! Maybe it should have been the Top 20?

So when Playmobil pirates die -- presumably a violent, bloody death at the hands of the Navy, or perhaps their fellow pirates -- and are denied entrance into heaven, and thus doomed to wander the earth for all eternity, they're still pretty upbeat about it.

            No Glow Suckerman?

            That Alien commercial was intense!

You could go on and on with that list. Hasbro's Kooky spookies seriously deserved to be on that list. Not to mention Captain Kidd and Suckerman.
If you started into Japanese stuff, then the sky's the limit...
              Cheers,

Great commentary (as always). I didn't know about the Ghost of Capt. Kidd so I looked it up and WOW! That is one awesome toy.

It is and I regret not writing him up but there is only so much one can say about this stuff before you repeat yourself.

The best was Lightning Bug Glo Juice! You could paint that stuff on any toy and it would glow in the dark. I loved that stuff . . .

Fun list B. I missed out on ScareGlow when he was released, since I was out of MOTU by that time, but I was quite perplexed when I saw a MOC photo in Tomart's later. I guess the current regime at Mattel says he SERVES Skeletor, but there's no doubt in my mind, at some point after Filmation quit making the toon and the censors stopped watching, He-Man ran ol' bonehead clear through!!!

Very fun read. Only Playmobil could make the walking dead look so cute. I never had those figures, but had the Playmobil Knights, Cowboys, a Hospital set, and a construction set as a kid. They were very fun toys.
