NOTE to Admins, If I put this thread in the wrong place and moved to other board then please let me know where's it at, thank you.

Hello everyone!

I sold the Maroon General Ursus with cuffed and repro Palitoy card (made by Mego73 aka Mike) to vman last about 5 months ago in PM. In few days ago I sent PMed to Bill and asked him to see if he's still have it for me. He said "yes, I have it for you in case when your Mego Collection is back" and sold it back to me, I thanked him SO much for saved my Mego collection back! :cheesy:

The package is arrived at the local Post Office safe yesterday, no damage. I noticed the figure's waist and legs has been slight moved from the shipping moved forth and back that cause the figure vibrated but that is no problems, the figure look fine. I figured out how to shape him up without peal the bubble card off in the half way! I used a plastic soft black knife (I filed the saw off to made it smooth surface and bent it slight curved) to pushed the boots spreaded, and then I used metal shirt handle stem (I filed the tip smooth, to protect from scratch it) to slided on the bottom (in the between bubble and card where the air keep in and out without seal) of the card to the right lower arm with hand that had dropped back of the card. So, I moved his right lower arm up to the front of the bubble. My families, friends and I can see both of the hands with cuffs. I cleaned the bubble with "Glass Plus" Windex cleaner (sprayed on the soft white tissues) then wripe the glaze, finger prints, grease, etc off and let it air dryed then I used dust cleaner off the white spots from the Tissues "Nice 'n Soft" that I sprayed the windex on the tissues then wripped the glaze off. Also I cleaned the Acrylic display case too. Now both looks really neat and very clean!

Thank you Bill (vman) for a wonderful gift for the Acrylic display case, I love it! :cheesy: That's my first time to have it for my Maroon Ursus! I'll get more Acrylic display cases in the future. I found it on eBay, the seller is from Mexico selling many Acrylic display cases to the eBay buyers.

Here's the pictures of home made tools and Windex cleaner, click on those links because it's big and medium pictures. So, it'll help this thread more space if use url links.

Those are great tips. I have a carded Uhura, but her dress is lifted up. I'll have to try this trick.

He looks fantastic Pat. Super job and thanks for the great tips.

I'm happy that I could help out a fellow member and a friend.

I have some other carded figures that have moved around and I was afraid to lift the bubble to fix them without messing up the card. I'll give this a try. It should work out fine.

Best of luck re-building your collection and please post pics as you get some more nice pieces.
