Hmm. You must have some kind of alternate universe Walmart. The only DCUC figures I have ever seen at the Walmarts near me are Captain Colds. lol
Hopefully this will do well for Matty and they will do the same for waves 10 and 14. I have low expectations of finding any of the wave 14 figures here. And I really want GL, Hourman, Obsidian, and the CnC Ultra Humanite. Possibly Gold too. This is the 1st wave in awhile that I have wanted more than one or two figures.

He is right. The riddler was on the shelves over here for months. I think there are still a couple of them there. As for the others they were there for a few months also. I saw more than ten of the Atom and Black Lightnings over here. I will hope to pick up a set from Mattycollector. Only want the atom and black lightning.

I only saw Riddler (multiple times) and Amazo. Got two Riddlers (one for me and one for my son) and passed on Amazo. I'd be up for Atom. They should put him in an All-Star reissue.

I'm pretty much done with the line - I just buy completed CNC figures on ebay for far less than I'd pay for a complete set of figures. But I'm sorely tempted to buy this so I can have Metallo.
I'm actually impressed that they're doing this - taking one of the now-hardest to find sets and giving us another crack at it. They should be looking at the prices some of these figures are going for after they close the lines and realize they're losing money by not making more. Hell, they could make a mint just making a dang Giganta head and lower torso set priced at $30.
But I just paid $60 for a Giganta head and lower torso, having never seen a Gentleman Ghost at retail, and I will be ****ED if they re-release a Giganta Wave set down the line.

Hopefully they don't do this with all lines but it would be nice if they repackaged some of these with stands that way it won't really affect the value of the original issue packaged ones. These would be nice repackaged. Hopefully they will also do another repackaged Gentleman Ghost. What would also be nice is if they packaged the build a figures in a nice deluxe box and offered these. That way some can have them packaged and not loose.

I didn't see any of these at Walmart. You guys are Luckier than you realize, I wouldn't treat that like a grain of salt. :sarky:
I am Glad that they Are being re-issued with Metallo.

I would have loved to have found a Riddler and The Atom. Wave 6 was the first set that the Walmarts around here ever received.

Pass. I got 4 of the 5 at Walmart and the other one, Amazo, at FX. So I'm good on them. Gentleman Ghost on the other hand ...

I was never impressed with this line...,,that's why I passed...Riddler was around forever as was Amazo...we are talking months. I think that's why I didn't really see other waves til the dreaded Captain Cold wave....and that's been around over a year now.

Never did any of these make it to my neck of the woods. 15 Walmarts. Never. A. Single. Figure...
But I dunno, I pretty much quit DCUC over this nonsense so I'm not sure if this is enough to make up for it.

This wave never made it to the Wal-Marts in my area. In fact the first wave that did was Wave 10, but they have since carried Waves 11 and 12. I've got no problem with figures being re-issued. If there's a demand, I hope it's filled.

This wave, like so many before and after it, were quite scarce in my neck of the woods. The one time I saw ONE figure from this particular wave I bought it and when I got home I discovered someone had taken out the BAF piece. Someone had either stole the part in the store or took it home and carefully opened it up (with a knife or blade) at the bottom and taped it up before returning it to the store. So I took it back to the store and never saw another figure from this wave at TRU, Target, or Wal-Mart.
I would love for Mattel to wise up and re-release many of the other DCU waves so long as ther BAF peices are part of this plan. I'm on the fence about whether or not I will drop this line. It's frustrating because the only time I've been able to successfully complete a BAF was with Grodd and then only with Atom Smasher. This is the only line of action figures I buy at this scale and what with the costs going up from $9 to now $15 I think my wife is right and I ought to give up this series and just stay with an occasional Mego or 13" scale.
