Yes, lo these many moons (ok, about 42yrs..) I've pined for this humble, yet uber-cool MMMS advertised item..

Purchased on eBay this morning, and worked out a wonderful deal with the seller for a reduced purchase price..:


THE.. MMMS.. SPIDERMAN.. PILLOW.



Will have to figure out a way to mount it in a box frame (and keep some air in it to avoid the vintage plastic sticking together..), but it will command 'DIVA status' in my meager collection. All you 'Silver Age' collectors will understand.. To me, it just SCREAMS everything I loved about '60s Spiderman.

Just wanted to share. It's makes this 'yet-another' deployment worthwhile.

Wish I could....! I just purchased it, but I won't see it for a few more weeks (w/shipping).

Since I'm over in Kuwait, and knowing how warm it gets in a desert.., I'm having it shipped straight home to Wisconsin and I'll see in during my leave next month.

I actually hunted around for a bigger picture on Google this morning, but couldn't find one.

Absolutely ~ I actually like MegoSpidey's nice box frame mounted for his vintage Spidey t-shirt, so was thinking about the same concept but deeper to keep the pillow partially inflated.

Hobby Lobby runs them 50% off from time to time.
