DR'S megos repo KID FLASH

Sorry to say an orginal mego kid flash is out of my price range, but dr mego makes a repo kid flash head and suit, was wondering how close to the real deal they look as i'm considering making a clone

I don't think I've seen a Kid Flash suit from the Doc, but I know "theressa" here on the boards makes one that is almost indistinguishable from the original. I do have his repro gloves and boots for Kid Flash which are of a pretty decent quality. Dave Mc gives a side by side comparison herehttp://www.megomuseum.com/wgsh/accessory/kidflash.html.

As for the head, there a few people here who could probably hook you up with a little head(sorry for the pun!) You might ask Austin at Reproheads, Paul Evans, or the aforementioned Doc. Anybody who can pour a decent cast should be able to get you a good copy. If you are not a painter, just get one from Dave Mc, mount it on a Lion Rock body and; VOILA! Repro Kid Flash.

Doc's gloves and boots are harder than the soft rubber of the original (and he will honestly admit he made them that way) he has a well sculpted replacement head but it's unpainted so unless you are great at eye painting it will always look a little off

the head can be painted by some one here you could ask teh best mego painter dave mc. for a small fee i think he would do it. mike

I think Austin at Reproheads may also do a screenprinted style Kid Flash suit. I know he has a KF head for sale, but it's in the retired section so it may need some sanding and filling to look good.

Or you can do Kid Flash in his original costume That was a Mirror Image of The Flash's costume...the only difference is you can use a lion rock body to show size difference. I made a Flash for my son and He calls him Wally West while he refers to my Flash Custom as Barry Allen...lol

I bought my Aqualad suit from her at MegoMeet. They are simply awesome. :drool_y: I highly recommend them. I think Hulk bought every one and put together a repro Kid Flash, Aqualad, and Speedy if I'm not mistaken. Her Captain Action suits were really sweet too.

A suit from Theressa, who's Titan repro suits are awesome, and the repro boots and gloves from Doc, and you have yourself a really nice reproduction of the original.

The hassle of a repro Wonder Girl is almost so much its almost worth it
to blow $250 bucks on a decent original---just haven't pulled the trigger yet
