    Chutes Away!

Gabriel's Chutes Away was one of those games I often requested but never received. It's pre video game functionality is something we don't see much anymore.

I never had the game, but I do have the commercial w/ Dick Van D y k e. He's having so much fun playing that the director asks him Can we go home know?
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

Somewhere, there's a picture of my cousin and me playing with this on Christmas day.

This was a requested toy that never arrived for me, too. I liked that Dick Van Dyke commercial
          It's all good!

I had a few versions of this game and always loved it. I thank you for posting this becuase I could not recall the name of it. Does anyone remember the "night time" Chutes Away game where you played it in the dark and the plane's sight was operated by a small light? I think it went by a different name but it was the same game nonetheless
"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"

Starroid Raiders Dagon wrote "No Dime Store Monster left behind"

There's a night version drop as well. Has a light shining on the drop point. One day I'll own that one!

Dude, I loved this game as a kid! My buddy and I also used the little parachutes to play a game we made up where we would set up our Star Wars figures and take turns throwing at them whoever knocked the most down won
