Finnegan?

One of my favorite bit characters from Trek is Finnegan, Kirk's academy nemesis, seen in the episode Shore Leave. Has anyone ever made a custom of him?

I made one a while back as well , I had pics of it on the old museum gallery , Does anyone know if it is still possible to acess the old gallery .... I know it was still out there in cyber space ... If so I would be happy to get the pics of mine ....... Roy
