The Human Adventure is Just Beginning

I have to admit I really liked Star Trek The Motion Picture as a kid, not really the movie itself but the merchandising. As a kid I had all theMego figures and the styrene bridge playset. I never saw this southbend enterprise or phasers but those would have been once they hit clearance because almost everything related to TMP eventually did......

i had the belt and phasers. the phasers were laser tag before laser tag as they registered hits on each other very cool. I still have them but the phasers haven't worked in over 25 years

I haven't seen one in years if you see one send me a PM with the number and I can verify it. They were smooth all over and Big (they are large even in my hand as an adult)

Somebody had posted some great pics of that enterprise on the old board some time ago. As I recall, it was very clearly based on the Enterprise model that was built for the aborted Phase II series.

I had the phasers and the interchangable Enterprise. Thta Enterprise was awesome but I could never seem to get the phasers working right. But the look of the phasers was great, except for the "Star Trek" on the side they were a good facimilie of the real thing.
