Need help identifying mego/ teen titans body

Hello everyone! I've been a collector for the past dozen years or so, but I'm looking to move and unfortunately that means that I need to sell off about 90% of my collection. Sadly this means my megos must go. I've been selling off what I have for a while now and I'm down to the last of my megos. Anyways, on to my question. I do have one figure that I cannot identify. I purchased this one at a flea market somewhere around ten years ago with several other megos (If I remember correctly they were a Fonzie, a Kirk, and a FF Robin). The figure has a 7" teen titans body. I assumed it was an Aqualad for years, but its clearly a different head sculpt. In fact, I can't seem to find this head anywhere in the archives. Here are some pictures:

The body is unmarked. The head is also unmarked, but I can make out the impression of a barely legible word on the left side of the neck. I can't make out what it says, but the last three letters appear to be "ton". I don't believe this to be a knock off or a repro based on when and where I acquired it. It did not have any clothing or accessories when I found it. Any help I can get to help solve the mystery of this figure would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be listing what's left of my megos on eBay later this week. There's nothing earth-shattering left but I have a couple nice WGSHs, a bunch of Trek, and a lot of nude/parts figures for customizers or repairs. My eBay id is shellshock_inc, so feel free to check me out. I'll be listing tons of other toys in the future as well (Star Wars, Transformers, and tons of G.I.Joe). Thanks everyone!

It looks like it might be just a Lion Rock soldier. Or maybe it's an 8" head stuck on a 7" body. I've seen those before too.

Where's Kresge1 or Chris DVM? They are Lion Rock experts.

Looks like a Lion Rock war hero/soldier to me.

Thanks guys! I checked the archives and it's definitely a Lion Rock soldier. He'll be going up on eBay with the rest of my figures. Thanks again, I've been waiting years for an answer to his identity!

I think the custom Flint has a Paco cowboy head with black hair (mine is blonde, but they may come with black hair too).
