I got mine, and want to do some surgery to get him on a better body as well . . . How'd you get the head and hands swapped from the Matty to the Castaway body?

check the "mattel superman on castaway body" thread on how to get the head off. I just transplanted the mattel forearms/hands onto the castaway body.

But how did you do the arm transplant? Of course, GL is the one with the *unique* hand that kinda needs to stay with the figure . . .

When I get mine, I'm simply going to remove them and sew white fabric, snug on the wrists up to the elbows.

i like him. i use the white cuffs that castaway sells and relaced the vinyl with those on a castaway body. you can cut the vinyl cuffs off and tuck the black sleeves into the castaway cuffs.
