It and Dr. Doom have never shown up anywhere. Too bad, too.

Yep, I believe the whole Fantastic Four they had planned along with a new Dr. Doom. Such a shame. I never was a fan of that DC body. Some people swear by it, just not me. Though I love some of the Famous Cover's female heads and some people say the suck...opinions...opinions. :)
I seriously believed the 9" figures were going to become big but they didn't...
Hopefully the 8" Mego-Like EMCE Retro Action will finally be the answer.
Love Johnny Storm's hair (not) looks like he is off to an 80's new Wave party.

Doom looked cool, but the Torch was really bad. The transforming feature was lame, just make a fully flamed on Torch.

For me the Famous Covers and DC Super Heroes lines just didn't quite make the grade. The 9' scale is just tad too much for my liking. I think with that in mind the new DC-Retro line will do better. And if there is success for Mattel I'm sure Hasbro will follow suit with Marvel 8 inchers.

The flame accessories would've been cool fodder for customs.

Only the Marvel Legends 9" Mr. Fantastic was released by Hasbro. That Human Torch is definitely a prototype... Its a shame because I think it was another great Hasbro 9" figure... I have them all!
