Yep, that's the Knight Of Darkness....this line of toys was recently discussed in the "12 inch Star Wars Rip Off Toys" thread in the Classic Toys area of the forum, if you're interested
Thanks all for the info, I went ahead and passed on the offer, last thing I need is another toy line to get started on
If anyone would like to get in touch with the seller, drop me a PM and I'll pass the info on to you

really you joined in June. So June to July = 1 month, July to Aug. = 2 months Aug to Sept. = 3 months ... so really you have 300 posts in 3 months But who can blame you ... this place is great!
They made 3 all together. One for Darth Vader, C3PO and R2D2. I had them all as kid and I got all three again a year or so. Can't remember what I paid.
And it wouldn't be a Knight of Darkness thread unless someone rolled out this old factoid; His body is the same as Ideal's Captain Action. His boots are Captain Action's as well, and his laser pistol comes from the CA Flash Gordon set.
That being said, don't use this body as a substitute for CA! His black dye will stain the fabric of CA costumes.
He is cool. I used to have him (and his buddies) as a kid, and I wouldn't mind picking them up again.
Usually loose examples have the silver on the chest flaking off (if I recall, that started to happen rather quickly after starting to play with him). The silver on yours looks really nice, so should help with the value a bit. Missing his (Flash Gordon) gun though makes him take a hit.

That's scary. I'm glad I never played with mine in the bathtub or swimming pool.
