When do Venture Brothers go up for pre-order?

I thought Entertainment Earth was supposed to have them up to pre-order over the weekend, but it's Tuesday and I don't see anything.

Any word on their price? I'm guessing they will be similar to LOST, but I'm hoping they will be slightly cheaper.

Is Entertainment Earth a good place to pre-order from? Do they receive their shipments early or at least as soon as most other e-tailers?
