big jim body and got some punch mech at the back but dont remember this characters head ?

and a little action jackson dude... knockoff? got some odd molded type bod on him, the body is very pale and not sure whos outfit this is on him... cool though

The top guy is a Big Jim villain from the mid eighties Space series, I am at a loss for his name.
