Broken Superman?

I really think my Superman is broken in the package.
He was looking a little funny and when jostled the package he wound up looking like this...

What a drag...

Not Broken

The bodies just shift like that! This is the poor construction issue! If you removed it from the package...you would push it into place...but it is wobbly and strange.

It's the only figure I have like this. All the rest have no movement in the package. Just like my open Green Arrow. This is more than just wobbly.

Mine are out of the package and pretty much all like that. Some of the figures are just strung really really loosely....My GL is a wobbly hunched over mess while Supes is better....but the legs are wonky on em both.

I contacted them and they said that since I bought them from somebody off ebay they will have no part in helping with any problems I have. My Sinestro has a defective, partially missing lantern power battery and they don't care.
My Green Lantern has a stretched and worn looking chest emblem. Just very poor quality and absolutely NO customer service!!

If it's not broken you can try to pop the torso back onto the pelvis by gently shaking the card.
If it's broken you need to call Mattel again. This time don't tell 'em you bought these on eBay

This is like finding out there is no Santa Claus all over again.

That's harsh, too harsh. Not every figure is like this

They have records of my calls. They take notes and keep track of people.

Perhaps the issue with Mattel/ebay is that they don't want to deal with a 'second hand seller'. You might want to tell them they were purchased from one of their distributors and drop the name of the seller, rather than ebay.

Then give 'em another name

contact the seller, if they are reputable, they should replace or refund it
