I just got a 12" General Zod and his pants are almost too small and they will not stay up. is there a way to resolve this? i.e. stretch them back out?

On another note
His gun is grey and the pic on the museum shows it being yellow.
also Does any one have a good pic of the belt? The one that I got with him has strange designs almost like a western belt.

any help would be great

Can you take some pictures of the problem areas and the gun?

maybe the body was switched the 12'' bodys have muscular and skinny bodies if on a muscular body the suit would appear smaller.

Can't help with the belt, but if I'm not mistaken, Zod has the same gun as Ming the Merciless, doesn't he? If so, a close up pic of Ming's gun can be found on this page:

So any ideas about how to get the pants to fit him again? I have both the thick and the thin bodied 12" Mego and I don't see any difference in the leg hight. Is there a way to stretch out the pants so they fit?

would anyone know were I could pick up a Ming the Merciless repro Gun for the General. He isn't liking the pea shooter that he has. I see one on the Doc's website but it doesn't say if it is for an 8" or 12" Mego.

If the gun on doc's site looks like this gun then it is for the 12 inch figures.

I would just take up a little slack in the back of the waist. The shirt will cover the rest.
