Saw this the other night and just laughed and laughed.Gotta say they went way outside the box on that commercial.Love the camera angle aiming up at him to make him look huge.

What was even funnier is that the first time I saw the commercial, I had my head turned away during the shot of him stepping on the unicorn toy, so I thought the guy was screaming "clown!" for no reason. I was dumbstruck at it. The next time I saw the gag and got the joke.

I feel sorry for clowns.

They just want to make us happy and were all terrified of them and we just dont know why.

When Im at an amusement park, or halloween and i see kids AVOIDING the clown to get near the living dead zombie it . . . makes me sad for teh clown.

Maybe clowns should be retired.

That is one of my favorite commercials! I had to rewind it and watch it again.

The creepy one is the USPS one where the mail carrier comes to the door with a freaked out family standing on the porch, wanting to return a clown doll purchase.

I feel sorry for clowns.

I don't. I feel their bad reputation is well earned.

People don't like them because they are hyper, screechy, stupid acting and mean spirited. I don't find seltzer down the pants or a pie to the face all that amusing.

I also personally don't fear clowns. It's more of a deep seated hatred.

But, I do like one clown. I still have a soft spot for Ronald McDonald. He wasn't violent, spastic, didn't talk in a shrill voice or act like an imbecile. Thank goodness the Willard Scott version of Ronald didn't take. That is nasty.

Clowns have never scared me, I've actually always liked clowns, and even considered doing some birthday party work as a clown once upon a time.
