The new Higglytown Hero sets all have background artwork I did for the show. Pretty exciting for me, I think I'll have to get them. Eubie's is my favorite...If I'da known they'd be used on packaging I'd have done a better job!

Thanks! There are a few Mego touches, not many. There's a Mego logo in the window of the grocery store and a batcopter in the toy factory office. I'm alos responsible for the many background appearances of the jar of pickles. woo-hoo.

They've used all the trees and bushes on other packages before, but the new boxes have full bg paintings of the greenhouse and sports stadium and Kip's house. It was nice that Disney finally sent us a box of toys, though we each only got one.

Not surprisingly, those look gorgeous. Scott, you are an amazing painter and illustrator. I've been a fan or your work for... what… it's been 10 years!? Holy cow!

If you get the opportunity, I'd love it if you could post links to larger artwork and/or packaging photos. I'd like to see the illustrations in more detail.
