I took some other pics, trying to imitate more of that scene. I decided not to post them here, because the scene in the movie is a little graphic, although it doesn't look at all realistic with Megos acting it out. If you want to see them, they're in my Custom figures folder on Photobucket.
Michael Myers is made from a Captain Kirk head, dipped in white plasti-dip, so that it distorts his features and looks more like a mask. I tried painting eyes on it, but it didn't look right. Unless you see him up close, the eyeholes usually look black anyway. The hair is fake fur, sprayed back with clearcoat. I used an Action Jackson jumpsuit as a pattern and made some adjustments for the coveralls. The knife is just a piece of plastic I painted, but I'm not completely happy with it.

awesome! and a storyboard to boot. I don't know if I could have that Myers on my shelf and still be able to sleep at night.

Sorry to disappoint, but there's no blood splattering in the pictures. It's just the part after the blonde-haired girl, still thinking Bob is under the sheet, goes to call Laurie Strode. Michael strangles her with the phone cord, then listens as he hears Laurie on the other end. If you want to see the other pics, click the Photobucket link in my signature. I guess they're not excessively graphic, but due to the various ages of MM members and that some people read this board at work, I decided to be safe and not post pics of a half-naked Dinah Mite being strangled by a toy phone.

Nice scenario Amy. Not something usually seen on the forum.

those are great Amy - and I love using plasti-dip whenever I get a chance on my customs. Producing an effect unlike anything else.

Me too. Whenever I find a hardware store I haven't visited before, I drop in and see what colors they carry. Usually it's red or black, and they're like, "Why do you need it in another color? This coats your tool handles just as well as blue!" It's often on my wish list at Christmastime. Last year, my mom ordered a neat kit for me. It was a large can of clear PlastiDip, and 5 little tint bottles - the primary colors plus black and white. That's made my life a lot easier.
