I am working on a custom for someone and it would make this so much easier if I could just shrink an existing male suit to fit a female body. Has anyone done this without ruining the suit and any screenprinting on it?

turn it inside out and resew the seams tighter to fit a girl body.

What Tbolt said works the best.

Oh, ok. When it was suggested that I shrink the suit, I automatically thought of shrinking it by washing it in hot water or something!:smiley1:

it might shrink enough to be really tight on a male but not enough to look good on a female - the polyester does not shrink that much from hot water
correct they do not shrink ,thats why its best to get a clothing that has cotton/polyester blend
