Just heard that Steve "Dr. Death" Williams has passed away after his long battle with cancer.

I was definitely a fan back in the days when he was with Mid-South Wrestling and even remember him playing football at the University of Oklahoma.

I remember when he tag teamed with Terry Bam Bam Gordy. He was a great and tuff wrestler. Sad to hear but glad it wasn't due to drugs. RIP Dr. Death.

Yeah, sorry about that.

I debated putting Dr. Death in the title to distinguish him from other Steve Williams of the World, but I kind of figured "Dr. Death Has Passed Away" was too ironic.

Judgement call on my part. Sorry for any confusion.

He was great for the brief time he was in the original ECW.

I remember the name but I can't picture his face.:sarky: Yeah another wrestler gone....very young still!!! RIP.

Very sad,that's way to young to go.I didn't even know he was sick.
Enjoyed watching him wrestle.
