I'm attempting to make a long-sleeved men's dress shirt for a custom. I've made a pants pattern using a Mego-size pair and turning them inside out. But I don't have any shirts that will work, and I can't find any in CustoMego. Does anyone have anything they could share? Right now, I'd rather find a pattern I could use here, than looking on eBay or in stores for a pre-made one in Mego scale.

Hmmmm....
If you have a pattern for the standard Mego bodysuit, use the top part backwards, sew cuffs and a collar.
