Dyeing cast-A-Way Boots...

Cast-A-Way gloves and boots are made of soft vinyl and molded in white. I know that the colored boots they offer are simply the white ones painted. Does anybody around here know the Vinyl Paint/Dye brand (product) they use?

Also I'm looking to paint in the light blue Batman boots color. Does anybody here the name of this color? Thanks in advance for your help!
