Do you guys remember the Starsky and Hutch figures that came out in the mid-late 70's? They also had the tomato red Ford Grand Torino that you could put them in, and it spun around, and the siren light flashed on and off, and also the siren....

It's not common, but it does show up on ebay from time to time. I've seen two boxed, complete ones sell on ebay within the past few weeks. One went for about $175 and the other went for around $200 (yes, I'm trying to get one. I'm still kicking myself for not buying a really nice MIB one that had a BIN of $100 last year )Comment

I LOVE Starsky & Hutch! I have the Mego figures posed inside the Red Tomato. I have all four box sets on DVD and the family watch them quite a bit in the Fall. I have seasons for watching classics and Starsky & Hutch go with that Autumn breeze! Hope to get one soon!!! This heat has been oppressive to say the least in Louisville. I also have the movie made a few years back and think it is hysterical. I think alot of people not from that era didn't get all of the jokes. It's a true classic.Comment

I love the Torino. I got a decent deal on mine a while back, but the stickers were kind of ratty. I repro'd them out and made them new. It's a great toy and makes one wonder why Mego never did an 8" scale General Lee for the Dukes.
Here, buy yourself a set cheap
