"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
I would not get a PC for another 7 years. In 1985, I had to buy a 124K Macintosh. My university required ALL students to have. It was pretty cutting edge for the time, but it really became nothing more than a glorified word processor when I switched from electrical engineering to political science.
holy crap how the times have changed, could you believe people were paying $500 for that?

My first computer was the Commodore 64. I got it when it first came out around '82. A year or so later, it really caught on, and it cost a lot less than what I paid for it. That's what I get for being an early adoptor (and I still am!)

"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
