As the days fall away after Thanksgiving is your fridge still bulging with leftovers.This was our first year cooking for 2 and it looks like we over cooked and will be eating on this bird for a while.It seemed like a good idea getting that big bird so cheap at WalMart but I'm thinking I'll be sick of it by the time its gone.We've got coyotes in the tree line by the field,maybe they will be getting treated to some turkey too.

I ate turkey on Thanksgiving. Twice on friday and once today and I still have more LOL. Guess what I'm eating for lunch at work. Mmmm Turkey :beaming1:

OOOOOHHHHHH red or green?We brought back so hatch peppers this year and my wife made chicken mole.Let me know how it tastes over the turkey

Using already made pastes is quick and easy...and surprisingly...great tasting too...

I have eaten Turkey and trimmings for three days now. Today I had an open face turkey, stuffing, and gravy sandwich. I love turkey.

Well, I've had turkey sandwiches two days running now while watching football and basketball. I'll have 2 more sandwiches tomorrow and it should all be gone. So, 3 days I suppose.

I saw that on Food Network a few years ago and tried it. Man was it yummy! Reading this post made me wanna do it again. I just fixed one. *burp* Oh excuse me. :grin:
