12" to 8" shrinks?

I am just moving into Mego from Action Man and GI Joe. Before that I was an AUrora freak.
Can anyone direct me to a customiser who offers shrunken heads? The Mego Superman and Star Trek Movie heads would be great . Also I wonder if anyone has shrunk a GI Joe yet?
