Picking extra costumes in Super Hero Squad for Wii?

So we bought the new Marvel Super Hero Squad game for Andrew for his birthday today. It's a lot of fun, and we got it at Wal-Mart, and it supposedly has exclusive versions of Spidey and Cap as Black Spidey and USAgent. I entered the codes from the cheat sheets provided, and I think it unlocked them, as their names came up "Black Symbiote Spider-Man" (or something like that) and USAgent. But their pics didn't change, and although Cap and Spidey are available in the character selection mode, their variations aren't.

Any clues? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks! We've gotten most of the costumes, but we still had to do the random thing about 100 times to select the alternate suits. This will help immeasurably!!!
