Where the heck do you find those deals man? Yah I would get on with a representative in live chat and tell them what happened. Theres no mistake if he let it go the first time. Just thought he would get an xtra $10 for the figure. Had the same thing happen to me but in reverse. I was the second buyer. Even though it sold higher for me the first buyer took the figure.

i was always under the impression the when you bid our bin a item you enter a contract you as buyer must pay that amount and the seller most sell the item to you for said amount, try going through e-bay officals but i think you got the staft on this one:14:

Tell him you are going to give him a negative and report him to ebay unless he honors the auction, you never know, he might have second thoughts.

If he admitted it was the same one he sold to you in email, he's probably screwed.

Yeah now he says he had deleted that one but ebay left it on,what kind of bull crap is that? all he had to do was revise it and change the price, not delete it.

THESE PRETZELS ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's unfortunate....probably best to just let it go.

A few years ago, I won a really rare Washington Redskins pennant for a great price. I was completely ecstatic.

Next thing I know, the seller emails me and tells me their dog chewed it up and it was unsalvageable. Of course, I didn't believe the story (I can't imagine that anyone would leave something of this value sitting out) so I told the seller to send me a picture of the shredded pennant and I would pay something for it (I really meant it. If there was truth to the story, I still would have given some money for the pennant even if it was shredded to bits). Seller said "Sorry, already at the dump".

It's those type of days, you just got to let it go and move on. I'm sure someone came behind me and offered more and the seller sold it.
