I don't want to be a jerk, but I've tried posting in other threads & contacting you directly without success. What's the status with orders?

I'm more than willing to be patient if communication is open (esp. since I keep hearing how cool Castaway stuff is). But after 90 days, I'm getting a bit concerned...

okay, I keep seeing all these threads so i figure i will get my order out there as well, I know I only place the oder in early October but since the MO with these guys seems ton be months and months of waiting with no communication.....

UPDATE:

I received my order today, well-packed. Communication with Jason has been excellent regarding its shipping once I resent my mailing & billing info.

And The Phantom figure and trencoat set are great! I received an olive Phantom set also, much appreciated...
