I concur. . . .and it makes it almost impossible to write a post over 5 or 6 lines, as you scroll down, but it doesn't stay long enough to re-write, correct, add or whatever. can't proof read what you are writing etc.
I end up, writing the post in a word processor (which sometimes corrects my awful spelling), and then cut and paste it into the field and then post it. Painful, but a useful work around. . . . .which is a total pain in the butt!
Have always just used Explorer. . . .I know that is against conventional wisdom. . . . but easy for lazy people, or who are just resistant to change (Not that I am either of those LOL). Vista is the operating system.
Dave, thanks for checking this out, just one of the many many things you do around here. I should probably just change browsers and see how that goes.
The problem with the scrolling doesn't start until you have filled in the text box and then a few more lines. . . . .so the first 5 or 6 lines or more usually isn't enough to start the problem. I hope that makes sense. . . .I usually don't though! LOL!

Yup. Like I said; it only started a few days back. I had to reforamt, and updated to the newest Explorer. Funny thing it's only happeneing to two of us. I KNOW more folks use Explorer here, and some of 'em MUST have updated.
Don, the same thing was happening to me! The only way I could keep the PM from scrolling was by resuming my typing. I could not even proofread it the way I like. It's weird for me too!! I have done nothing to upgrade.
I had that problem when I used IE but have never had he problem with Firefox. Also noted that in IE all the smileys weren't there where as they are with firefox...
