Who do I go to to get a custom made?

Hello everyone,

I am making a line of custom's at the moment, I am planning on finishing four characters, I have already got the bodies and made clothing etc. But I cannot get the head's right. Is there any one here that I can go to (and pay) to make me some heads of my liking?
If there is any one here that would be willing to help me could you please drop me a PM so I can work some thing out.

yes, it's one of my all time favorites, thanks for the offers guys but I found some one to do the heads for me, so look out for them on here, I will post heaps off pics when Im done!

I say just go get some Toxic Crusader Action figures cheap on ebay and use their heads for the customs. They look like they could easily be used for mego scale figures.
