Can we make the PM box a little bigger ?

As a seller on the Museum I use my PM box as a file for holding messages of my Museum transactions until the deal is done -- which the transactions are all done through PM's.

On the old forum the PM inbox and sent folders were a lot bigger and I had no problems.

Today, I find I have to delete stuff still in limbo just to make room for more PM's coming in.
I know doing this is going to come back and bite me on the behind someday.

Can people who use the PM system a lot like myself request our boxes be made a little bigger ?

Hmmm...

Speaking STRICKLY from a Techie perspective...

Just like everything else on this Site/Forum...it eats up space...and space costs money.

I'm still surprised that the Galleries are FREE...Under normal circumstances (on other forums) you either need to pay for space or have reached a certain level (i.e. Post Count)...which is not instituted here...so...

If it's about something that requires space that you're not paying for, I'd think twice about asking for more.

Google has Free E-Mail (G-Mail) and Free Storage for Pictures (Picasa)...I'd recommend those for anyone looking for more space for anything.

Just My 2 Cents...Sorry if it's not Popular.

Oh...and you can download all your Private Messages in the lower right hand corner of the screen under your Inbox...Its says:

Download all Private Messages as:
XML | CSV | Text

Just click one of the formats and check the file before deleting messages.

Interesting. Let me check something...

Okay, that's weird. The stored PM's listed for registered users was 50 so I had changed it to 100. It didn't work because for some reason registered users already had 200 so it didn't change anything. I just upped it to 300 and it seems to have made the change. So you're not getting twice the storage, you're getting 50% more. Let's see how that goes.
