    BATMAN:Year One Redux

I know it's not a big change...but I wasn't happy with the Cape(it wasn't flexible, and showed crease's...and it needed to be Ironed)...so I re-did it in Spandex Lycra. I like it better, I think I'm going to use it for all My Cape's now....what to You Guy's think?

Very sharp. I have a question though.

How do you go about getting such a fine, crisp edge to your capes? I am never pleased with how mine end up.

My BATMAN Cape's are all done with Fabric Glue. I first trace My Bristol Board Template on to the Cloth, with a Marker...the trace that with Fabric Glue(trying to keep the bead of Glue, as thin as possible!), then smooth it out with My finger...and let it dry. Then just cut it out. No sewing!!

Thanks Guy's. I'm pretty happy with Him now. My #1 Goal when I started Customizing...was to make a realistic looking BATMAN. Now...I think I've finally done it. With a little help from My Friend's at the Mego Museum. It sure wouldn't be possible, without Troy Younger's Head Sculpt.

Bat's fabric glue technique sounds interesting, I tape a pattern down with packing tape, then cut it out, it makes it really easy to cut straight lines that way.

The cape really makes the figure stand out.
