Mattel's Heroes In Action figures? Those army guys on the stands that made a Rat ta Tat sound when you moved the lever. I had a butt load of them. Loved them...

As a kid I had a set that came with several figures, a jeep, and a helicopter. I also had a few loose figures. The ones I really liked were the SWAT figures they came out with later. They were the same figures molded in blue instead of green but the accessories were better.- SweepComment

I had and still have a few of them.
3 things that always stand out. Mortar man never could hold the darn things so they got lost quick, Some of them never fit on their bases properly and most important of all. If you remove their headgear, their heads look like Virginias..if you know what I mean.Comment

Oh yeah! My brother loved them. I even had them a few times. I prefered the blue SWAT ones as opposed to my brother's army green ones. They were all cool though. My favorite was the flamethrower guy. Thanks for the memories!
