me too. Being new to the MEGO retail area I don't want to order from anyone. I don't understand how you can sell something that you don't have in hand. Seems like they are taking the money way before they actually have the products.
I have gone back and read many of the threads.It seems they are taking the money and giving countless excuses. I assume that they know the system well enough that they are getting away with it too often . I know I'm not ordering from castaway, mego store and a few others for sure now after all this.

Yeah definitely in the same boat. I'm terrified to order from a few of these places (despite really wanting some of the products) because I keep reading these horror stories. It does seem like most people get their stuff at the end of the day, but I'm used to ordering from places and getting good service.
It seems like most here are just like "that's just the way it is" and deal with it, but I'm not sure I'm ready to commit to that mentality just yet, lol.
Hopefully this stuff gets resolved and these top Mego-like retailers get the word out, because I have to think it's hurting potential business.
In my case, I´m waiting for two orders: one is from December 4th, order 717 (partly received).
Second one is from April 27th, order 986.
Never an answer to my asking e-mails, and I´m really tired and angry about all of this.
Is there someone waiting for an order so old than mine?
I wish these guys would get their act together. For such a new company, they have already earned a really bad reputation for terrible customer service. They put out a great product, but what good is that if they don't deliver merchandise in a timely manner. It took me months and months and months and months of e-mails, PMs, and posts before I finally received my order. I want to place more orders, but I'm afraid to. It just isn't worth the hassle.
well its been 3 days since i posted and not one single email. you cant tell me they dont come on here daily ( just thinking of the response now , "FYI WE DONT COME ON EVERYDAY SO CANT REPLY TO YOUR POSTING" ) no but your fast enough to place new posts on this forum when you have something new to sell or your stock levels are up and you need to shift it.
To be fair, didn't their last post say something about the basement being flooded and not having net access? They probably should have temporarily closed their e-store though if they couldn't get access to the orders.
But that may be why you haven't gotten a response.
