Why does editing thread titles only work 50% of the time ?

When I edit my thread titles, only 50% of the time it actually works and edits the title.

The other 50% of the time it only edits the subtitle in the actual thread itself.

I go advanced and do it the same way everytime --- so there's no reason it should only work sometimes.

What's up with this ?

i think with the new marketplace rules i can do there
