The WIP Gang were created (mostly) to attack critical government agencies, interrupting service until ransoms are paid. Jawa Skunk Ape and Ovion John are led by The South-American Idol... Here they prepare to attack the National Forestry Service to help pay their student loans...

Lucky for the United States, BASA Man shows up and explains that they just need a decent licensing deal or product endorsement, and then they can use the funds in an economically depressed country to live it up while only working five days out of the year...
