I believe there is a small accessory kit you can buy to finish him off as a variant. It has the guns, boots, and holster.

Of course you need a body too, but the suit and head is a great start.

You have the "Gray Ghost" FX Phantom exclusive. It was offered to Castaway Club members before the FX International toy show, where everyone could get them. I ordered one in March and never received it, so I was curious if anyone had gotten them (besides the ones from the show itself, of course). I'm not getting any answers from Castaway.

Yeah , It is a Great Idea. Looking forward to the Captain Action Phantom next. There is a completer set that has the Belt, Guns, and Ringed Hands. The only thing you'd need is the body.
