I love the Kaiser black doll stands. They make versions that fit 8" figures and can easily be found on ebay. I know you already bought some stands, but just in case you want more in the future.

I'd second the motion on the Kaiser stands and on Ebay. Shipping can be a bit because of the weight but they are great quality (and you can get them in bulk sometimes from some auctions). Just make sure you get the right size!!
