I screwed up.

I thought I bought an Early Bird Phantom and a Castaway club membership on ebay. I waited for my Phantom, he never came and I got upset.

I got on here, blasted Castaway and sent e-mails.

I didn't get a Phantom, though, because I NEVER BOUGHT ONE.

I only bought the Castaway club membership and I spent my "free stuff" coupon on boots, gloves, etc.

I am embarassed. I respect "two guys, a website and a dream". I know they've had trouble getting everything perfect, but I can say with out reservation that they have been cooler to me than I have been toward them.

I'm not sure if I should go into details, but they are being super-cool toward me.

I am really sorry and I hope to order LOTS more from you guys in the future.

No big deal Gary. We all make mistakes, it just takes a big man to admit them. Lord knows we've made alot of them. You're all good with us. We'll send you a Phantom anyway for being cool. Jason

WOW ....See owning up to mistakes really makes a big difference. Castaway is top notch , and really stand up and make things happen. I have great experiences thus far with both of them, and there is no reason for me to think it would not continue ! There are a handful of people who sell products out here that are top notch , and cast away is at the top of the list !
