I ordered (5) Phantom EBs on Nov 17, '08. I didn't order through the cart, I dealt with David Lee directly via PMs because the Paypal cart wasn't set up to properly calculate shipping on multiple purchases.
Was this order ever shipped?

If you are still waiting on stuff, and many of us are, email them directly here:
customercare@castawaytoys.com. Posting threads like this just keeps them from getting their/our orders completed. They have a lot to do and checking for messages all over eats up their time.

I have emailed you at your customer care address and it has been well over 4 days with no response. I would like an email. I support you guys and everything but this is getting frustrating. I do like you asked in the sticky post and no response.

Jerry no offense but most businesses take about a week to respond. I know its frustrating but hang in there. I'm sure cast-a-way will help you out.

I agree. But thier quote said try to have 24 hr turnaround. These orders were supposed to have been shipped 3 times already. I support them big time. I use their bodies and parts for everything. I have 4 customs right now that are without bodies. I am not mad at them, just want a response. Everyone loves their stuff and it shows. they are expanding and growing. I wish them all the succes in the world.

I've been trying to get through to them since early may about my phantom early birds and other orders never recieved, Jason pm'd on June 14 asking what I had not received from my orders.
this was before the new email CS email address. I Pm'd back with the missing items -no response nor deliveries for the next 10 days. I have sent 4 emails to the customer care email since then (1 from home 1 form work in case spam filter ate their reply and 2 from the web page) and no responses yet received to my inbox .
Gotta admit I went from defending them to just being fed up at this point

Well,
I got by parts order today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I can finish a few things! Just need my early bird outfits and eye and I'm all set! I am glad that David and Jason are getting things out. Now we have to wait to see the new things coming down the line. I have and still will support the guys. It seems that they are working on communication, and that will make a world of difference.
