“If you hear a voice within you saying, ''You are not a painter,'' then by all means paint… and that voice will be silenced.”
-Vincent van Gogh-

So I'm trying to silence my inner voice.
Novice question, I'm sure but with all the good knowledge here I'd be a fool not to ask:
What are the best paints to use with custom heads? Does it matter if you are using an original mego head as compared to resin? Or any other material for that matter.
Any help will be much appreciated.

p.s. I like this quote too:
“Are we to paint what's on the face, what's inside the face, or what's behind it?”

On vinyl heads, use acrylics or special paints formulated for use on vinyl. Never EVER use enamels or other oil-based paints on vinyl. If you do, it will never dry completely.

You can use any kind of paint on resin heads, but most people use acrylics because they're more versatile.

And for the record, I like to paint ON the face.
