Thanks Derek! And you're right...I am geeking out about this Custom. Neo & the Jim Lee Batman were two of the Figures I waited a couple of years for Customslab to make.

Actually not.

As others have commented on various entertainment boards, the role of Neo was actually PERFECT for Keanu's acting range (and he did a great job with it) as opposed to say Johnny Mnemonic (the less said about, the better).

At least on a number of boards I've seen, his "slightly wooden" acting style is almost a trademark...

(You want REALLY wooden acting... try Barbara Bain in Space 1999... I recall when it first came out, many at the first 1999 convention in Columbus, who were fans, remarked how "LIFELIKE" the autoanimatronic of her in the show appeared..... knowing full well it was Barbara herself... )

To all the Keanu Haters I respond with this...if you get an EXCELLENT" review in the London Times for playing "Hamlet"...then you've accomplished something. They take their Shakespeare seriously in England.

Roger Lewis, critic for the London Sunday Times wrote that: "He quite simply embodies the innocence, the splendid fury, the animal grace of the leaps and bounds, the emotional violence, that form the Prince of Denmark". Lewis gushed that Reeves displayed the sheer virility of Laurence Olivier and the "Peter Panishness, the little Boy lost quality", portrayed by another recent Hamlet, Mark Rylanee.

He is one of the top three Hamlets I have seen, for a simple reason: he IS Hamlet."
