Fanduzzal a Mego-like Pirate Clown or Clown Pirate

Howdy all! Here is a little fellow to brighten up your day! He is called Fanduzzal, not sure if he is a pirate clown or clown priate!
Body is Paco pirate
Suit is made from some fabric I got at AC Moore
Vest is from the Fighting Fury Hook figure, with smiley face sticker added
Head is an original mego "Mixy," painted to resemble a certain fast food icon
Sword is one of those plastic cocktail ones painted with acrylics
