I've wanted this for such a long time but it always gets out of my reach. There's a POTA one also that looks cool.

I have the Planet of the Apes set. It looks really cool in the pictures on the box, but I've never assembled it.
There's also a Walton's set, for another Mego tie-in.

The last one I went after was one that Hake's had. I went up around $300 and it went over $500. As for this one I'm not bidding but Joe, it would be nice to see someone here get it! Good luck if you do go after it.
Ant, I think you gave me some info on the POTA set a couple of years ago. Before that I never knew of it. Never knew of the Waltons one either till just now.

See, this is what I'm talking about Tim, another great ecclectic super hero toy from the 70's! Love it! I've seen the POTA one but never this one!

has to be one of the coolest toys (to me) I didn't know existed
I love toys with a lot of characters included
since its all basically paper someone seriously should dupe
that thing

Are you serious? I have one around somewhere that I paid maybe $5 for. It's actually missing most of the plastic stands but everything else is there. I should sell it... geez!

kbroz---I don't wanna be a pain, but if its not too much trouble
could you post who were the more obscure characters that were included
with the set?
I have a huge jones for knowing what characters were used in the 70s
to grace Marvel merch because it helps me choose my custom choices
and I happen to know much more about the DC obscure characters than Marvel
I saw Loki was listed---I know he's Thor's main enemy basically, but I
consider him to be a bit more on the obscure side---many more characters like that?

If you do decide to sell, please let me know. I'd be interested.
