Holy cow...this is a good series!
I'm not even much of a hockey fan but these two teams are so evenly matched, it is probably one of the best series I have ever watched.
Tied at 3 games a piece and the last 3 games had to go to overtime for a winner.
I found myself practically jumping out of my seat every few minutes watching my emotions go up and down as the Caps would take the lead, then tie, then be losing, tied, then winning, tied and into overtime each time they play.
Whoever ends up winning, I give my hats off to both teams. Definitely exciting to watch coming from a non-hockey fan.

Only because the Bruins are still alive. Not a big hockey fan but have noticed the Crosby vs Ovechkin battle. Maybe these two will revive the sport. I know there has been a lot more hockey talk here in Boston so maybe it will. Even the Celtics haven't been big to me this year. I really think they only had a chance of beating the Cavs with Garnett. Without him healthy I pretty much think Lebron gets the championship. He deserves it. I would have preferred him doing it against a healthy Celtics team which I think would have been a great series again this year. Without Garnett the Cavs should win it all. I don't even really care about this series against Orlando, though it would kinda be like an accomplishment if they do it really doesn't merit much as I don't think the Celts or Magic can touch the Cavs this year. I just don't feel too impressed by anyone in the West either. Kinda like the National League in baseball.

I've been watching this series and the Chicago/Vancouver series. Your right, the Caps/Pens series is a classic.

Unbelievable how they fell apart.
Pittsburgh is more seasoned and have a much better goalie.
The Caps are young and the general consensus is that they should get better and better if they can hold the team together.

I never have liked the crapitals, nothing against the team just the city. I've been a Pinguins fan for years anyway.
